Strong command over AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office. Must have knowledge of BPMS, Sanctioned Drawing, UDCPR Rules . Thoroughknowledge of Nagpurs local DCR, NBC, zoning regulations, and environmental clearance procedures. Excellent design, visualization, and space planning capabilities. Strong project management, communication, and client interaction skills. Familiarity with green building principles (GRIHA/LEED) will be an advantage. Preferred Qualifications: Registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) is mandatory. Prior experience handling government approval processes (NIT/NMC/MHADA/Environment Department) is a plus. Ability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines.
