Key Requirements:

• Full-time marine professional with

  minimum 15 years of sea-going experience

  .
• Served as

  Second Engineer / Chief Engineer

  on merchant vessels.
• Strong technical expertise in maintenance and operation of:

• Floating Cranes

• Tugboats & Barges

• Marine Engines & Auxiliaries

• Deck Machinery

• Electrical & Instrumentation Systems

• Heavy Marine Equipment

• Good exposure to PMS (Planned Maintenance System) and marine statutory compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead full-time maintenance of

  all marine floating assets

  ensuring safe and smooth functioning.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise

  preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance

  .
• Maintain high uptime for:
• Floating cranes
• Tugs / Mooring boats
• Propulsion systems
• Hydraulic systems
• E&I systems
• Ensure compliance with

  Class, Flag State, IMS, and terminal safety systems

  .
• Oversee

  dry-docking

  , equipment certification, surveys, audits, and statutory inspections.
• Manage spares forecasting, inventory control, vendor management, and technical documentation.
• Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain budget, cost control, maintenance MIS, and technical reporting.
• Provide technical guidance to crew members and shore support team.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure

  continuous and safe marine operations

• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting ability for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
• Good knowledge of marine rules, safety regulations, and audit requirements.
