Planning, execution & validation of new projectsOperation & maintenance of plant and machines of OSD, Parenteral, SH, Warehouse, black & clean utilitiesCo-ordinate with user departments and vendors for finalization of plant layout, selection of machines etcBudgeting for proposed new projects with the help of corporate project and finance teamBudgeting for yearly operation & maintenancePreparing and presenting weekly progress report/ weekly update report on projects & maintenanceEnsuring the statutory compliances related to projects & maintenance as per Assam Factory Act & PCB normsEnsuring compliances of electrical inspectorateDrive the ENCON initiatives for cost reduction and product qualityExecuting cost saving and energy saving techniques, modifications to achieve substantial reduction in expenditure and completion of work within the budgetDaily interaction with team for day to day activities, updates of departmentTracking and maintaining the critical spares required for preventive & routine maintenancePlanning various maintenance schedules and lead the section heads of engineering department to ensure implementation of schedules for improving the overall reliability of equipmentAdherence to EHS policy and ensuring all safety compliances at work place for project & operational areasResponsible for sourcing of machine, tool, consumable parts and related servicesFacing customer audits and taking corrective actions as per audit requirementPreparing reports on maintenance performance and technical data for various equipment, spare parts, labour, machinesEnsuring timely calibration of measuring instruments and control devices as per SOPCoordinate with OEM & suppliers for supplies as per schedule and requirementEnsure procurement, inspection(FAT), installation, commissioning & maintenance of plant machineryTo provide training to engineering team for improvement of job efficiency, enhance personal and work qualityLearn new skills and attend training programs in order to increase knowledge of trends and best practices in the industryFollow GEP in daily work culture to enhance performance and efficiency of equipment, system and organizationFollow GMP/ EQMP practices, guidelines, schedules and SOPsEnsure CSV & IT compliance for all manufacturing, Packing & Utility systemTravel Estimate
