Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Demi Chef De Partie Continental to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and excellent culinary skills, preferably with 2-5 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the head chef in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
Develop and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Conduct menu costing and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Demi Chef De Partie Continental or similar role.
Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
