Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Bakery Chef with 17 to 25 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bakery operations and management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily bakery operations, including dough preparation, baking, and decorating.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Supervise and train junior staff members to ensure high-quality products and excellent customer service.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Bakery Chef or similar role with a minimum of 17 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of bakery equipment, ingredients, and techniques.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and presentation.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
