Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Pastry Commis with 31 to 25 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry-making and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the head chef in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and bread to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other chefs to create new recipes and menu ideas.
Ensure all food is prepared and presented on time, meeting customer expectations.
Maintain high levels of attention to detail and consistency in taste and quality.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role, with a minimum of 31 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of pastry-making techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Familiarity with kitchen management software and point-of-sale systems.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
