Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting & Financial Management Oversee daily accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Ensure timely closing of monthly accounts and MIS reporting to management. Maintain accuracy in books of accounts and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. 2. Taxation & Compliance Handle complete GST filing — returns, reconciliation, and input credit management. Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and returns filing. Ensure timely compliance with Income Tax, Professional Tax, and other statutory filings. Coordinate with external auditors during statutory and internal audits. 3. Payroll & HR Coordination Manage payroll processing Maintain employee salary records and coordinate with HR for compliance documentation. 4. Software & Systems Work on ERP accounting software Manage and reconcile POS software reports (daily sales, discounts, payment gateways, cash collection). Monitor and control vendor payments, purchase entries, and stock reconciliation. 5. Banking & Vendor Management Handle vendor invoicing, payment scheduling, and reconciliation. Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor fund flow for daily operations. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for smooth financial functioning. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance. 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry. Proficient in ERP accounting systems and POS software. In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. Strong command over MS Excel and financial reporting. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple responsibilities independently. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Assist in daily preparation and production of pastries, desserts, and bakery items. Follow standard recipes and ensure consistent product quality. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pastry workstation at all times. Support senior chefs in mise-en-place and plating of desserts. Measure and mix ingredients accurately as per recipe requirements. Handle baking equipment and tools safely and efficiently. Monitor stock levels and inform seniors of shortages or spoilage. Ensure proper storage and labeling of all pastry ingredients. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards as per company policy. Maintain a positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn new pastry techniques.
Assist chefs in basic food preparation and kitchen operations. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils. Wash, peel, and cut vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients as required. Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items. Assist in receiving and organizing daily kitchen supplies. Support in plating and garnishing dishes during service hours. Follow all food safety and sanitation standards strictly. Dispose of waste and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness. Work collaboratively with chefs and stewards for smooth operations. Perform any additional duties assigned by the kitchen supervisor or chef.
