Job Summary:

Demand Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize

  end-to-end demand generation campaigns

  to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads for Dynamics 365 products and related services.
• Utilize

  Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing

  to build, automate, and manage customer journeys, email campaigns, and lead scoring models.
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with pipeline goals and target account strategies.
• Manage and optimize

  paid media channels

  (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to increase MQL and SQL conversion rates.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Dynamics 365 dashboards and other analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Analytics).
• Create and manage landing pages, lead forms, and nurturing workflows to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Conduct

  A/B testing

  on campaign elements to continuously improve results.
• Coordinate with content and design teams to produce compelling assets such as case studies, whitepapers, and webinars tailored to Dynamics 365 audiences.
• Maintain clean and accurate data within Dynamics 365 CRM for segmentation, reporting, and lead tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree

  in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 4–6 years

  of experience in B2B demand generation or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with

  Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/Marketing modules)

  .
• Strong understanding of

  marketing automation, lead nurturing, and campaign management

  .
• Experience with

  PPC, email marketing, content syndication, and social media advertising

  .
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in

  reporting and data interpretation

  (Dynamics 365, Power BI, Excel).
• Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
