Role Description The Demand Generation Specialist is responsible for executing end-to-end lead generation campaigns, utilizing marketing automation tools, and monitoring campaign performance analytics. Key tasks include identifying and nurturing potential leads, designing strategies for demand generation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing campaigns for maximum effectiveness. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India. Qualifications Experience in Lead Generation and Sales to identify and engage potential business opportunities Proficiency in Marketing Automation and Marketing Analytics to drive data-informed decisions and optimize campaigns Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Knowledge in Marketing strategies and techniques to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple campaigns effectively Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred) Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms is a plus
