• Lead the practice with full ownership of both pre-sales/go-to-market/support new client acquisition and services delivery;
• Collaborate with the sales/business development team to expand client base regionally;
• Successful services delivery to ensure the customer delight;
• As required, develop new business partnerships with third-party technology/platform providers to address business demand;
• Infrequent but not extensive travels shall be required;
• Work towards exceeding the agreed quarterly KPIs to grow the client-base and portfolio of services assignments within the practice;
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, prospects, clients;
• As an advisor, understand client needs, challenges and goals to recommend tailored solutions/services;
• Drive the development of methodologies, best practices and framework specific to the chosen sector;
• Stay current with FSIG industry trends and emerging technologies to provide thought leadership, advisory services and to enhance the existing services offering;
• Oversee services delivery ensuring that clients are delighted with our services/solutions;
• Act as a subject matter expert on insurance industry related issues and offer guidance to internal teams;
• Participate in proposal development and pitches to potential clients.
• Hire, develop and deploy the team of Consultants as per the demand of the business.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in computer science or related field with a proven track record of delivering results with consistency;
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in technology service delivery to "fiancial services or insurance sector" and to effectively lead the initiatives/projects;
• Deep implementation skills in enterprise applications e.g. core banking, digital banking, payment systems, treasury and risk management systems, ERP, trading platforms, Customer Experience Manager (CXM), Salesforce eco-system with strong understanding of trends and key technology/platform providers are very much required;
• Experience in pre-sales, go-to-market strategies, and a focus on delivering results are essential requirements.

• Capable of making sound decisions in complex/ambiguous situations;
• Excellent communications, written and presentation skills;
