Job Description

Job Summary:

The Delivery Director will lead and manage end-to-end delivery operations for staffing services across multiple clients and geographies. The role involves overseeing recruitment operations, maintaining high standards of service delivery, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and strengthening client relationships. The ideal candidate has deep domain knowledge in healthcare staffing, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in scaling operations and improving delivery efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


Delivery Management:

  • Oversee the full cycle of staffing delivery including requirement intake, candidate sourcing, onboarding, and assignment tracking.
  • Ensure SLAs, TATs, and quality metrics are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Continuously optimize delivery processes and tools to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.


Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of recruiters, account managers, and delivery coordinators.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Define clear KPIs and review performance regularly.


Client Engagement:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients; build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Partner with sales and client services teams to understand client needs and customize staffing solutions accordingly.
  • Conduct regular delivery reviews with clients, addressing issues proactively and strategically.


Reporting & Analytics:

  • Monitor delivery metrics, forecast demand, and provide insights to leadership.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on placement ratios, fill rates, and candidate pipelines.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in staffing
  • Strong understanding of IT roles
  • Excellent interpersonal, client-facing, and team leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with VMS/MSP environments and staffing tools (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, ShiftWise, Aya, etc.)
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Knowledge of AI based recruiting methodology

  • Build Teams and Database quickly and Strong Hands-on experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume staffing environment.
