Position Summary Independently manage end-to-end recruitment for internal, leadership, and lateral roles across the India and USA. Own the full hiring lifecycle—from sourcing to offer—for both internal and external candidates. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies. Source talent using diverse channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. Screen, evaluate, and interview candidates to ensure alignment with role needs and company culture. Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and key milestones. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of internal candidates to reduce time-to-fill for critical roles. Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Required Qualifications and Skills MBA in HR from Top Academic Institutions in India / PG Diploma (XLRI, IIM’s, Symbiosis, TISS, NMIMS etc.). 5+ years of experience in internal, leadership, and lateral hiring in both the India and USA staffing field. Proven ability to manage recruitment processes independently with minimal supervision as an individual contributor. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment techniques. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence both candidates and internal stakeholders. Ability to work flexible hours to align with US EST timings.
