As a Dealer Development Manager at SMV Green Solutions, your role will involve expanding the company's market presence by strategically identifying potential markets, sourcing suitable dealer partners, and cultivating strong relationships to achieve targeted sales objectives. You will play a key part in driving sustainable business growth through effective dealer network development. Key Responsibilities: - Strategically identify potential markets and proactively source suitable dealer partners to expand the company's footprint. - Conduct comprehensive market feasibility studies, competitor analyses, and evaluations of potential dealer capabilities. - Design and execute effective dealer appointment strategies aligned with short-term and long-term growth objectives. - Oversee the end-to-end dealer onboarding process, ensuring efficient completion of all necessary documentation, infrastructure readiness, and dealer training. - Establish mechanisms to monitor dealer performance regularly, assessing key performance indicators and developing improvement plans. - Act as the primary liaison between SMV Green Solutions and dealer partners to ensure mutual success. - Ensure dealers adhere to brand guidelines, visual merchandising standards, corporate identity, and customer service protocols. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support dealers in achieving optimal performance. Skills Required: - Experience in automobile/electronic sales, customer service, or dealer relations is a plus. - Strong leadership and people management skills. - Demonstrated experience in dealer network and channel development. - Proficiency in dealer channel management and performance optimization. - Exceptional communication skills for effective negotiation and relationship building. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Superior interpersonal skills for professional relationship management. - Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment. - Proactive and strategic critical thinking skills. Educational and Professional Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. - Minimum seven years of experience in dealer development or related roles within automotive industries. - Comprehensive understanding of dealership operations, sales management, and expansion strategies. - Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. - Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively to dealer locations.
