The Role

We're seeking a Data Scientist who will be instrumental in developing and scaling the ML/AI models that power our three core products: Geomarketeer (location intelligence), Persona 360 (customer acquisition), and Karma (lifecycle management). You'll work directly with our founding team and enterprise clients to translate complex consumer data into actionable business intelligence, leveraging the latest advances in deep learning and LLM technologies.

What You'll Do

• Build Production ML Models

  : Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for retail forecasting, store performance prediction, customer segmentation, and behavioral analytics across our 920M+ consumer database

• Optimize Model Selection Algorithms

  : Design and implement automated frameworks for selecting optimal-performing models across diverse datasets and use cases

• Leverage Deep Learning

  : Apply neural networks for complex pattern recognition in consumer behavior, including sequence modeling, embeddings, and representation learning

• LLM Integration & Agentic Systems

  : Build intelligent agents and LLM-powered workflows to automate analytics, generate insights, and create conversational interfaces for our enterprise clients

• Retail Analytics & Forecasting

  : Create predictive models for store-level sales forecasting, footfall estimation, and catchment analysis across income and lifestyle segments

• Customer Segmentation

  : Enhance our proprietary LSI® (Lifestyle Segmentation India) framework using advanced clustering, classification, and deep learning techniques

• POC Development

  : Rapidly prototype and validate analytics solutions for prospects in Retail, FMCG, quick commerce, and BFSI sectors

• Analytics Dashboard Design

  : Build interactive dashboards and visualization tools for clients (e.g., store profitability assessments, catchment vs. footfall analysis)

• Collaborate Cross-functionally

  : Work closely with product, business development, and client success teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions

Qualifications

• Strong hold on the first principles understanding of the data science solution frameworks
• Passion for data crunching
• Other qualifications no bar (founders had no data science background for a long time)
