Key Responsibilities

• Work across all stages of the data science lifecycle – data collection, preprocessing, model development, and deployment.
• Build and train machine learning models for

  fare prediction, demand forecasting, and customer segmentation

  .
• Implement

  ML Flow

  for experiment tracking, model versioning, and dataset management.
• Deploy and manage models on cloud platforms ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams on data-driven initiatives.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and modeling.
• Conduct statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing for product decisions.
• Create visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights effectively.
• Contribute to automation and development of scalable data science tools.

Mandatory Skills

• Data Science

  – Applied machine learning, predictive modeling, statistical analysis.

• Python

  – Strong programming and analytical coding experience.

• SQL

  – Expertise in querying, database management, and handling large datasets.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• Machine Learning Frameworks:

  PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, Keras, Scikit-learn, Distributed Model Training.

• Programming & Development:

  PySpark, Julia, MATLAB, Git, GitLab, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, MLOps.

• Cloud & Deployment:

  AWS SageMaker, MLFlow, Model Deployment & Scaling.

• Data Engineering & Analytics:

  Pandas, NumPy, Spark, Hadoop, Feature Engineering, Data Preprocessing.

• Visualization:

  Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Matplotlib, Seaborn.

• Databases & Querying:

  Snowflake, Databricks.

• Big Data & Monitoring:

  Kubernetes, Model Monitoring.

• Computer Vision (Optional):

  CNN, RNN, OpenCV, Kornia, Image/Video Analytics.

• NLP / Deep Learning:

  Transformers, LLMs, Recommendation Systems.

• Domain Knowledge:

  Travel industry, GDS APIs (Amadeus, Sabre), flight search optimization, pricing models.

• System Design:

  HLD/LLD for production-scale ML workflows.
