Data Operations Analyst

Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day customer master data queries and activities, such as providing support for site set up, transfers, and retirement, as well as coordinating with Terminal Partners and analyzing data. It will be essential for you to ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with data standards while running performance reports and participating in operations meetings to uphold SLA agreements and critical metric measures. You will collaborate closely with various business functions, including Sales, Sales Operations & Marketing teams, Logistics & Supply teams, Distributors & Resellers, and external business partners. Your role will involve working across different time zones to support Business Partners in the US, covering US applications. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in management, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with 4-6 years of proven ability in client-service oriented functions within Procurement, Supply chain, Customer, or Finance fields. Proficiency in English, strong communication skills, and experience working with master data systems and SAP or other ERP systems are required. Additionally, your ability to work cross-culturally, communicate effectively across various organizational levels, and contribute to continuous improvement processes will be crucial for success. This position does not involve travel and is eligible for relocation within the country. Remote work is not available for this role. Your role will also involve utilizing a diverse set of skills including accounting for financial instruments, analytical thinking, business process improvement, commercial acumen, data analysis, decision making, financial reporting, influencing, internal control and compliance, among others.
