Create and maintain customized reports and dashboards to visualize data and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights. Employ statistical techniques to validate results and support data-driven decision-making processes. Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout analysis processes, troubleshooting issues as necessary. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field. 2+ years of experience in data analysis or similar roles. Strong proficiency in SQL for database querying and data extraction. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Solid understanding of statistical techniques to interpret data accurately. Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and reporting. Preferred Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis tasks. Experience in HR analytics or understanding of HR metrics.
