Your role as an e-Retail Digital Marketing Analyst at Michelin involves collaborating with a team of eRetail business analysts in Lyon, France, to support internal business partners in creating e-Retail strategies aligned with Michelin's objectives. You will be responsible for tracking, measuring, and analyzing trends in the eRetail execution of Michelin tire products on identified e-Commerce websites, focusing on specific KPIs. Additionally, you will: - Understand e-Retail business requirements and map them to distributor relationships contexts. - Extract trends and patterns from data analysis to identify improvement opportunities. - Create a detailed narrative of how online distributors execute Michelin tires e-Retail, providing operational insights and recommendations. - Forecast and generate reports to measure program/action plan effectiveness. - Design and develop reports using various tools like dedicated Web analytics tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. - Participate in scoping and presentation meetings with internal business partners. - Lead the Pune e-Retail Digital Marketing Analysts team and offer solutions to fellow analysts. - Stay updated on the latest analytics, digital, and e-commerce marketing trends. In terms of data analysis, you will: - Prioritize business and information needs with stakeholders. - Identify relevant data sources and acquire and maintain databases/data systems. - Set up data collection, manage data extraction, interpret data, and provide recommendations. - Compile and organize information, data, and insights in templates and dashboards. - Share analysis results and recommendations with stakeholders and partners. - Clean and filter data to correct any issues and ensure accuracy. Furthermore, you will focus on customer/internal partners by: - Following up with customers and internal partners to ensure their needs are met. - Providing service during critical periods to maintain customer satisfaction.
