About The Role
As a
Data Analyst
on the Properties Data & Insights team, you will support decision-making by delivering high-quality analytics, reporting, and insights. You will work closely with Product Managers and business partners to understand problems, explore data, identify trends, and develop analytical solutions that guide strategy across the Properties organization.
In This Role, You Will
- Analyze data to uncover trends, validate hypothesis, and generate actionable insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor business performance.
- Support the design and measurement of experiments, including pilots and A/B tests.
- Contribute to scalable analytical products, reusable templates, and improved data processes.
- Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end data flows and dependencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and continuously build your technical and business expertise.

About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or a related analytical field.
- 2+ years of experience as a data analyst or business data analyst.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with SQL and Python or similar query languages; exposure to big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hive).
- Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
- Ability to build clear, compelling dashboards and communicate findings effectively.
- Curiosity, critical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
