Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the dissemination of program monitoring data such as dashboards and organizational KPIs.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to implement transformations for reports using DBT or similar tools.
• Take ownership of MIS functions, requiring independent data analysis and reporting.
• Create and maintain internal reports, trackers, product mapping, end-customer mapping, and team mapping.
• Support the development of database specifications from business requirements.
• Build and maintain BI tools, dashboards, and reports aligned with business needs.
• Conduct data quality audits and quality assurance assessments to ensure integrity.
• Apply statistical techniques to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Produce client-ready presentations with clear visualization of critical data points.
• Develop and maintain customer insights dashboards to analyze customer behaviors and dynamics.
• Document business data sources to enhance reporting and visualization development.
• Lead data aggregation and summaries for monthly and quarterly business reporting.
• Contribute to research projects, patents, and academic publications for conferences and journals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
• Strong expertise in SQL and exposure to NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Skilled in data visualization tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Understanding of data pipelines and transformation tools (e.g., DBT).
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively while demonstrating leadership in deliverables.
