Job Description:

As a Data Analyst you will play a critical role in gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data to provide valuable insights to our management team. Your deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data manipulation skills will be essential in maintaining our data integrity and optimizing business processes. Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards in Microsoft Excel.
• Collaborate with team members to understand their data needs and provide customized reports.
• Develop and implement data sorting strategies to improve inventory management and sales forecasting.
• Visualize data using charts, graphs, and other data visualization tools.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making across different departments.
• Monitor data accuracy and consistency, ensuring data quality standards are met.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables.
• Strong data visualization skills using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Proficiency in data sorting techniques and data cleansing.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for sarees and a genuine interest in the retail industry is a plus.
