About the Role :-

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our fast-growing D2C team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in building reports and dashboards, and the ability to transform raw data into meaningful business insights. This role requires close collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :-

Analytics & Reporting

• Build and manage advanced Excel/Google Sheets models for tracking, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Design, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards to provide real-time visibility into business performance.
• Consolidate and analyze data from Shopify, Amazon, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other consumer channels.
• Generate accurate and timely reports for stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.

Business Insights & Problem-Solving

• Deliver data-driven insights that improve revenue, efficiency, and profitability across channels.
• Identify risks, performance gaps, and growth opportunities by analyzing consumer and sales data.
• Partner with leadership, marketing, operations, and product teams to drive strategic initiatives.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and recommendations for decision-making.

Required Skills & Competencies :-

• 1+ years of experience as a Data Analyst / Business Analyst (preferably in D2C, e-commerce, or consumer-facing businesses).
• Strong expertise in Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, scenario modeling).
• Hands-on experience in Power BI (or other BI tools such as Tableau, Looker).
• Experience working with Shopify, Amazon, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and simplify it for business use.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and storytelling skills to present insights effectively.

Qualifications :-

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Certification in Power BI, SQL, or Data Analytics is an added advantage.
