Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to generate actionable insights that support decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, etc.).
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, marketing, finance, product, IT) to understand data needs.
• Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Maintain databases, ensure data integrity, and contribute to process improvements.
• Support predictive and statistical analysis when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Basic programming knowledge in Python or R (preferred).
• Solid understanding of statistics, data cleaning, and exploratory analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings in a clear, concise manner.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship or work experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or big data tools (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.

Pay: ₹9,054.58 - ₹15,406.10 per month

Work Location: In person
