Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong expertise in Advanced Excel to collect, analyze, and interpret data, build dashboards/reports, and provide insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets.
Use Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Macros, Power Query/Power Pivot).
Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management.
Identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data requirements.
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of data.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (mandatory).
Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau/SQL (preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics/Mathematics/CS/Business or related field.
2–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
Exposure to ERP/database management is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
