We are expanding our Data & Analytics team and looking for a skilled Senior Data Analyst to join us in Noida.

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in data analysis, advanced proficiency in SQL, and a strong command of tools like Power BI, Excel VBA, and Python for automation. In this role, you will analyze large datasets, automate reporting processes, and provide actionable insights to support key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting

  : Analyze large datasets, generate insights, and deliver comprehensive reports to aid business and operational decisions.

• SQL Expertise

  : Write advanced SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and aggregate data from relational databases.

• Data Visualization

  : Create and manage interactive dashboards and reports using

  Power BI

  to visualize complex data in an easy-to-understand manner for business stakeholders.

• Excel VBA Scripting

  : Use

  Excel VBA scripts

  to automate repetitive tasks, build custom reports, and streamline data manipulation processes.

• Automation with Python

  : Automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes using

  Python

  , improving efficiency and reducing manual intervention.

• Stakeholder Collaboration

  : Partner with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Product, etc.) to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights.

• Data Quality & Integrity

  : Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of the data used in analyses and reports.

• Process Optimization

  : Identify and recommend opportunities for process automation and improvements based on data insights.

• Trend Analysis

  : Monitor and report on business KPIs, identify trends, and communicate actionable findings to the team.

Requirements

• Education

  : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Experience

  : Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a data analyst role or a similar capacity.

• SQL Skills

  : Advanced proficiency in

  SQL

  , including complex queries, joins, aggregations, and data extraction from relational databases.

• Excel Skills

  : Advanced knowledge of

  Excel

  , including formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data manipulation.

• Excel VBA

  : Strong experience in

• Power BI

  : Hands-on experience with

• Attention to Detail

  : High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks, especially data-related processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in ETL processes and data pipelines.
