Job Description

Responsibilities:
Oversee the dissemination of key program monitoring data, such as organizational dashboards, etc.
Demonstrate leadership capacity to work within a team and draft deliverables effectively.
Collaborate closely with Data Engineers to add necessary transformations for reports using technologies like DBT.
Engage in MIS functions that require independent analysis of data.
Create various internal reports, trackers, product mapping, end customer mapping, and team mapping.
Support the development of database specifications using gathered information.
Build and maintain BI tools, reports, and dashboards to support business needs.
Conduct data quality audits and quality assurance assessments.
Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques.
Produce client-ready presentations with critical data points highlighted.
Collaborate with team members to fulfill data analysis and reporting requirements.
Develop and maintain customer insights dashboards based on understanding customer dynamics.
Document business data sources for referencing in the development of data visualizations.
Lead data summaries and aggregation for monthly and quarterly reporting requirements.
Work on research projects, patents, and academic publications for conferences/journals.
Requirements:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
Proficient in data analysis and modern relational databases.
Experience in working with SQL and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
Strong interpersonal skills with exceptional communication abilities.
