Role Overview

Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources
• Perform data analysis using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, macros basics preferred)
• Conduct market, competitor, and academic research to support business strategy and program decisions
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for leadership and stakeholders
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights related to learner behavior, sales performance, marketing campaigns, and operations
• Support ad-hoc data requests and analytical projects from cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Academics, Operations)
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and documentation
• Present insights in a clear and structured manner using charts, tables, and presentations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any Bachelor’s degree
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in data analysis, MIS, or research roles
• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
• Good understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts
• Experience in research work (market research, competitor analysis, survey analysis, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of SQL or BI tools (Power BI / Tableau) is a plus not mandatory.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good communication skills with the ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders
