Job Description

Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze
large datasets
from multiple sources.
Develop and maintain
dashboards, reports, and visualizations
to track business KPIs.
Work with stakeholders to understand business questions and deliver
data-driven recommendations
.
Perform
statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
to validate insights.
Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to
improve data quality and usage
.
Automate recurring analyses and reporting processes for efficiency.
Stay updated on
data analytics tools, techniques, and best practices
.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in
Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
.
2–5 years of experience
in data analysis or business intelligence.
Strong proficiency in
SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool
(Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
Experience with
data analysis languages
such as Python or R.
Solid understanding of
data modeling, visualization, and reporting techniques
.
Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to explain complex insights in simple, actionable terms.
