Job Description

Key and Responsibilities: Minimum experience of 1 year, with a grasp of the Fintech and Lending environments. Proven track record in telesales, focusing on Edtech,Fintech, Lending or Insuranceproducts. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. Desired Candidate Profile: Successful track record as a sales representative. Ability to understand quickly and effectively communicate product and service details toprospects, with proficiency in relevant languages with English & Hindi being mandatory,along with any one regional language. Self-driven and highly motivated. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to handle and resolve issues and complaintseffectively. Bachelors degree in business or related field preferred.
