Position : Sales Executive - Marketing Executive Job Location : Andheri East (Near Railway Station) - Mumbai Number of Vacancies: 5 Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the construction and real estate sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and architects. Conduct field visits (3 days a week) to meet clients, understand their needs, and provide product solutions. 2. Marketing Activities: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote ready-mix concrete and cement products. 3. Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and online platforms. Maintain a systematic follow-up process to convert leads into sales. 4. Client Management: Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients regarding product offerings, order updates, and payment follow-up Address client queries and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction. 5. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare weekly reports on sales activities, lead status, and market feedback. Provide input for market trends and competitor analysis to inform business strategy. 6. Office Admin Tasks (3 days a week): Update and maintain in the G-Drive (Google drive) with client interactions and sales data. Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfilment and delivery schedules. Education: Any Graduate. Experience: Freshers, Or 6 months + Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of MS Excel, Tally and Google Drive. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Basic Accounting Knowledge Other: Must be willing to travel extensively within Mumbai.
