Key Responsibilities: Actively engage with potential customers in the field, providing product information and addressing inquiries. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed sales targets to qualify for performance-based incentives. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to the management. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, home appliance sales, or on-field marketing. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and working independently in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
