Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Communication:

• Engage with walk-in clients at the experience centre and understand their needs.
  
• Conduct design discussions and presentations tailored to client preferences and budget.
  
• Provide design solutions that align with HomeLane’s modular product range.
  

• Sales & Revenue Targets:

• Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into confirmed projects.
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through excellent customer experience and follow-ups.
  
• Guide customers through the decision-making process and drive project closures.
  

• Design Development:

• Prepare design concepts, layouts, and 3D visualizations using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
  
• Present modular design solutions with innovative space optimization ideas.
  
• Customize designs based on client feedback while adhering to feasibility and budget constraints.
  

• Project Coordination & Execution:

• Collaborate with internal execution teams and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
  
• Conduct site visits to coordinate measurements and monitor execution quality.
  
• Address any on-site challenges and ensure design compliance during execution.
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in

  Interior Design / Architecture

  or a related field.

• 1–5 years

  of hands-on experience in interior designing, preferably residential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers professionally.
  
• Proficiency in design software like

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar tools.

• Target-oriented and proactive

  with a high sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  
• Knowledge of

  modular furniture

  and execution processes is a plus.
