Position Overview: We are looking for customer-focused, sales-driven, and creatively strong Interior Designers who can handle everything from design conceptualisation to project execution, while maintaining a strong relationship with clients. Key Responsibilities: Customer Communication: Engage with walk-in clients at the experience centre and understand their needs. Conduct design discussions and presentations tailored to client preferences and budget. Provide design solutions that align with HomeLane’s modular product range. Sales & Revenue Targets: Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into confirmed projects. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through excellent customer experience and follow-ups. Guide customers through the decision-making process and drive project closures. Design Development: Prepare design concepts, layouts, and 3D visualizations using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools. Present modular design solutions with innovative space optimization ideas. Customize designs based on client feedback while adhering to feasibility and budget constraints. Project Coordination & Execution: Collaborate with internal execution teams and vendors to ensure timely project delivery. Conduct site visits to coordinate measurements and monitor execution quality. Address any on-site challenges and ensure design compliance during execution. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture or a related field. 1–5 years of hands-on experience in interior designing, preferably residential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers professionally. Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar tools. Target-oriented and proactive with a high sense of responsibility. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Knowledge of modular furniture and execution processes is a plus.
