As a Customer Support Specialist in the Revenue Management team at eZee Mint, your role involves conducting onboarding sessions for hotel partners, providing training on eZee Mint and revenue management best practices. You will offer continuous support by resolving queries, troubleshooting issues, and advising on pricing strategies. Collaboration with internal teams is crucial to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of revenue management tools. Analyzing performance data, keeping up with industry trends, and fostering strong relationships with hotel partners are key responsibilities. Additionally, registering hotels on online travel portals using YCS Content API tools is part of the role. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct onboarding sessions and provide training on eZee Mint and revenue management best practices - Offer continuous support by resolving queries, troubleshooting issues, and advising on pricing strategies - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of revenue management tools - Analyze performance data, keep up with industry trends, and foster relationships with hotel partners - Register hotels on online travel portals using YCS Content API tools Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or related field - 13 years of experience in revenue management or a related domain - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with revenue management software If you join eZee Mint, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where you can utilize your 13 years of experience in revenue management.
