About the Role
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for leading brands. If you have good communication skills and a passion for customer service, this is the right opportunity for you!
This role is open for Freshers, Experienced, Graduates, and Undergraduates who are eager to start or grow their career in the BPO / Customer Support industry.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via voice calls, chat, and email.
Provide accurate information and solutions in a professional manner.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and follow quality guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve concerns quickly.
Ensure compliance with company processes.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate OR Undergraduate can apply
Experience: Freshers and Experienced both are welcome
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills (English mandatory)
Good interpersonal skills & patience while handling customers
Basic computer knowledge (typing, MS Office, email handling)
Job Highlights
Profile: Customer Support (Voice / Chat / Email)
Working Days: 6 days a week (1 rotational week off)
Shifts: Rotational shifts (Cab facility provided in odd hours)
Salary Range:
Gurgaon: 15,000 30,000 per month
Noida: 15,000 – 40,000 per month
Kolkata: 14,000 – 25,000 per month
In-hand Salary: As per experience & interview performance
