Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls / customer queries
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by providing accurate information
  • Record and update customer details in the system
  • Follow-up and resolve issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer support experience
  • Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred )
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Positive attitude & problem-solving skills
