Position : Operations Head / Business Head Team Size : ~100 employees Location : Chennai, Adambakkm Employment Type : Full-time About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Head / Business Head to lead our growing team of 100+ professionals. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing large teams across Sales, Business Development, and Service Execution and Business Operations with a strong track record of driving performance through effective people management, KPI and KRA monitoring, and process excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee Sales, Business Development, and Service Delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of deliverables. Define, track, and manage team KPIs and KRAs to align with business objectives. Drive business growth by implementing strategies for market expansion and client retention. Establish operational excellence through structured processes and performance monitoring. Provide strategic direction to the leadership team while fostering a high-performance culture. Mentor and develop team managers, ensuring clarity of roles, accountability, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to align business goals and service delivery standards. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices. Requirements Proven experience (10+ years preferred) in leadership roles within the service industry. Demonstrated success in managing large teams (100+members) across multiple functions. Strong knowledge of Business development, and service delivery operations. Expertise in setting, reviewing, and achieving KPIs and KRAs. Exceptional people management and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and drive results. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong educational background (MBA or equivalent preferred).
