Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Service Executive to manage customer relationships, ensure smooth onboarding experience, and address technical and service-related queries. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving attitude. Key Responsibilities: • Manage CRM and address client queries, concerns, and issues. • Support and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention. • Troubleshoot technical issues such as access rights and non-working features. • Handle user onboarding, including product training and setup guidance. • Document client interactions and service activities in tools like Zoho Desk. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently. Key Skills Required: • Strong client-handling and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues. • Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems like Zoho Desk. • Detail-oriented with good organizational and documentation skills. • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively. Working Days : Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays are off) Shift Timings : 10 am to 7 pm Location : New, Kanchpada, Malad West.
