Role Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Billing & Renewals Specialist to manage end-to-end billing operations, track subscription renewals, and ensure smooth payment cycles.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and validate invoices for subscription-based services.
Track subscription/contract lifecycles and follow up on renewals.
Coordinate with sales, finance, and customer success teams.
Maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce/Zoho CRM).
Resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries.
Prepare reports on billing and renewal trends.
Requirements
3+ years’ experience in billing, order-to-cash, or renewals (preferably in SaaS, IT services, telecom, or subscription businesses).
Strong client communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM and billing tools.
Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or related field.
