We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Insurance Executive to manage all activities related to patient insurance processes in the hospital. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling insurance claims, approvals, and coordination with TPAs and insurance companies. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with patients, TPAs, and insurance companies for pre-authorizations, approvals, and claim settlements. Verify insurance details and ensure accuracy of patient documentation. Process and track cashless and reimbursement claims efficiently. Ensure timely submission and follow-up of insurance claims. Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and compliance. Collaborate with the billing and finance teams for claim reconciliation. Handle patient queries related to insurance coverage and claims. Ensure compliance with hospital and insurance regulations. Skills Required: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of TPA processes and health insurance policies. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Proficiency in MS Office and hospital billing software.
