Role Overview : We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer to join team. You will play a key role in building, maintaining, and optimizing our core virtual data room platform. This role will also be responsible for building and mentoring a strong in-house tech team. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend and backend components. Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases for performance and reliability. Implement secure and user-friendly features for document management and access control. Build and lead high performing developing team. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications and infrastructure. Take complete handover of the current codebase, systems, and documentation from the existing tech team Required Skills: Proficiency in front-end technologies: Angular is mandatory , HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js. Strong back-end development experience with Django, Python is mandatory Solid understanding of databases: PostgreSQL . Experience with cloud services like Azure (mandatory) Prior experience working on SaaS or secure document platforms . Hands-on experience building or maintaining Document Management Systems (DMS). Strong understanding of data encryption, secure file storage, and transmission practices. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of relevant full stack development experience . Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
