Job Description

Travel Process Executives

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls for
flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and inquiries
Provide accurate information on fares, policies, and travel-related services
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining service quality
Maintain proper call documentation and follow process guideline
Deliver excellent customer experience for both
international and domestic clients

Eligibility Criteria:

Excellent communication skills in
English
(additional languages are a plus)
Experience in
Travel Process / BPO Voice Process
preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
Willingness to work in
rotational shifts
Immediate joiners preferred
