About the Role


The role focuses on resolving customer queries and complaints effectively at the first instance, ensuring high customer satisfaction and minimal handling time, while driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer queries/complaints promptly with high satisfaction scores and minimal handling time.
  • Deliver courteous and accurate service with complete ownership of customer issues.
  • Adhere to product and process guidelines with zero errors.
  • Escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders when required.
  • Ensure process efficiency and compliance with service and sales standards.
  • Achieve call quality targets and other KPIs.
  • Cross-sell/upsell products such as loans, mortgages, and premium accounts.

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized institution.
  • 2.5 years of relevant experience.

Role Proficiencies

  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Service-oriented mindset with enthusiasm and self-motivation.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with strong comprehension skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of the banking industry is an advantage.
