Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Assistant Quality Manager located in Gurugram with some work-from-home flexibility. The Assistant Quality Manager will oversee the quality assurance processes, ensure compliance with industry standards, conduct quality audits, and collaborate with various teams to implement quality improvements. Daily tasks include monitoring project progress, identifying quality issues, and providing solutions to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, certification in quality management, or a related field.
• Experience in quality management.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles, standards, and methodologies
• Proven experience in developing and implementing quality management systems.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven and systematic approach to quality improvement.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in conducting root cause analysis, corrective action, and preventive action methodologies.
