The Role As Customer Success Lead , you’ll be the bridge between finance leaders (CFOs, MIS Heads, FP&A teams) and our product & tech teams . Your job is to: Engage with CFOs and Finance Heads across industries to understand their reporting and MIS requirements. Scope and map requirements into actionable reporting structures. Configure dashboards and reports in Actionboard, working hands-on with our product and technical team. Translate financial logic into automation —turning manual Excel-based reporting into smart, scalable dashboards. Ensure customers see real value and adoption of Actionboard in their day-to-day decision-making. This is not just implementation—it’s about helping CFOs reimagine their reporting stack in the AI era. Who We’re Looking For Chartered Accountants / finance professionals (0–3 years) with a strong interest in MIS, reporting, and automation. Solid understanding of financial reporting, MIS structures, and dashboards . Ability to talk to clients (CFOs, finance heads) and translate requirements into reporting logic.
