Qualifications & Skills:
- 6+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Renewal Sales in a SaaS or digital solutions
environment.
- Proven ability to own and deliver on revenue targets tied to renewals and upsells.
- Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management and SaaS metrics (e.g., CSAT, adoption rate)
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in engaging senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM and analytics platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder influencing skills.
- Self-driven, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple complex accounts simultaneously.
- Bachelor-s degree required; MBA preferred.
