Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager, located in Noida. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, retaining customers, and building strong relationships. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, analyzing customer data, and providing excellent customer service to help clients make the most of our platform and services.
