Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Lead project teams in the successful execution of client projects, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a proactive and effective manner.

Global Client Acquisition: Work closely with the business development team to understand client requirements and expectations. Contribute to the acquisition of global clients by providing project management expertise and insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including development, quality assurance, and sales, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders at all levels.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget. Implement effective risk management strategies to minimize potential project disruptions.

Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to clients. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned in future projects.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, preferably with an MBA/PG in Business Administration/Business Management.

2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the Software/IT product development industry.

3. Proven track record of successful global/international client acquisition and project management.

4. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

5. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to travel internationally as required.
