Key Responsibilities


  • Handle customer queries via email, chat, or phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist in resolving product or service-related issues with accuracy and empathy.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
  • Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Support the team with day-to-day operational tasks related to customer service.


Requirements


  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (any stream).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Telugu (additional languages are a plus).
  • Problem-solving mindset with patience and empathy.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.
