Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager at Enveu located in Noida. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing customer needs, building relationships, and retaining customers.

What You Will Do

• Own and manage relationships with assigned customers
• Ensure successful onboarding and drive ongoing adoption
• Act as the voice of the customer internally — sharing feedback with product and support teams
• Conduct regular check-ins, health reviews, and renewal conversations
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support account expansion
• Monitor key metrics like NPS, usage, and churn risk

What We're Looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role (preferably in SaaS)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving mindset and customer empathy
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
• Experience with CRM or CS tools like HubSpot, , Jira, etc.
• Bonus: Experience in the

  OTT, media, or content-tech

  space
